Clermont Academy of Dance is fully devoted to providing dancers of all ages an encouraging environment where they are given the opportunity to grow and excel in their dance education. We strive to deliver the highest quality of dance training, while nurturing each students unique gift of talent and creativity. OUR TEAM
Karen's love for dance began at the age of 4. She studied Ballet, Pointe, Tap, and Jazz, as well as gymnastics. In 1991, she began a career as a performer at Walt Disney World. Her credits include many Magic Kingdom shows and parades, Festival of the Lion King, and Tarzan Rocks. Karen is also a talented vocalist, singing and dancing in many familiar shows throughout the Central Florida Attractions. It's her love of performing that has led her passion to educate, motivate, and inspire other dancers here at CAD
Mike has trained and competed in gymnastics from the age of 12, earning several state and national titles along the way. After his first year in college, he was recruited to join the cast of Disney's Festival of the Lion King, and Tarzan Rocks. In 2004, he began choreographing, producing, and performing in a variety of acrobatic specialty acts which have taken him all around the globe, including performances on the MTV Music Awards, the American Music Awards, and Cirque du Soleil.

Andrea Maciel De Faria was born in Brazil and began her ballet studies at the age of 3 at the Ballet Cristina Helena. In 2003, on her graduation year, Ms. Maciel de Faria moved to Germany to pursue her ballet studies at the Palucca School of Dresden. Ms. Maciel de Faria’s professional associations have been with the Sesiminas Company of Dance (Brazil), the Columbia Classical Ballet, the Milwaukee Ballet, Orlando Ballet and Cirque Du Soleil, La Nouba.
I was born and grew up in Moscow, Russia. At the age of ten I was accepted to the prestigious Academy of Bolshoi Theater in Moscow where I studied for 8 years. I started my career as a corp de ballet member at Moscow Classical Ballet where I danced for four years and traveled extensively around the world. In the United States, I danced with Ballet Internationale , then joined Cincinnati Ballet as a soloist and finished my career at Milwaukee Ballet as a Leading Dancer.
Jessie Wing grew up in Miami Fl, getting her dance education at Donna Lee Studio of Dance and New World School of the Arts. She performed with Miami City Ballet Co in 1992. In 1996 she was hired by Walt Disney World to perform at The Magic Kingdom as a Kid of the Kingdom. In 1998 she was cast in the role of "Maji" the bird in the opening year of Festival of the Lion King. She was promoted as Dance Captain while performing full time, and has over 15 years experience with WDW.
Miss Andrea
Jillian is originally from Kentucky and started dancing at the age of 3. She went to college at Kennesaw State University and received her BA in Dance. She danced with the company at school as well as the hiphop team. After graduating she started teaching and dancing for The Purple Elephant Society, a hiphop company in Atlanta. She has been teaching dance and tumbling for 8 years and coached gymnastics for 6 years. She now dances with The Squad in Orlando.

Kiley began her training at Clermont Academy of Dance where she studied ballet, contemporary, tap, jazz, and hip-Hop. Kiley graduated from South Lake High School in 2014 during which she was awarded with Female Dancer and two Choreographer Awards from the Cappies Critique and Awards Program. She also had the honor of choreographing for theatre programs in Lake County. Kiley is currently continuing her dance training at Valencia College where she is working towards her A.A. in Dance Performance.

Ray grew up dancing at his mother's studio in Ohio since the age of 3. He went on to graduate from Oklahoma City University with a Bachelor in Dance Performance. He is currently cast as a dancer in "Beauty and the Beast Live on Stage" at Disney's Hollywood Studios. Before making Orlando his home, he has danced in many shows including "Encore!" at Tokyo Disney, "The Snow White Musical" at Disneyland, two shows aboard Norwegian Cruise Lines, and "Wicked" at Universal Studios Japan.

Savannah began dancing at the age of three right here in Clermont. She attended The American Musical and Dramatic Academy in Los Angeles, where she danced under prestigious choreographers such as Fresh Redding, Doriana Sanchez, and Donyelle Jones. Savannah has danced in music videos, performed at the 2018 Anniversary Choreographers Carnival, Hollywood Fringe Festival, and had the amazing opportunity to work with Kanye West and many other stars in the industry, including Mia Michaels.
